"All right, I'll take you to him but remember he is still weak and is in stable but serious condition. He doesn't need excitment, so it would be best if you didn't tell him about the baby just yet," replied Steve
"So, how soon can I tell him," I asked Steve.
"In a day or two," replied Steve

"I love these drug-induced hallucinations" he smiled

Well, you aren't hallucinating, I'm really here. "How are you feeling?"
"Better now that you are here," replied Dante, "why are you in that wheelchair?" Lulu
"Lets not worry about me right now, I replied, you need to concentrate on getting better".
"But..." Dante started to say, but nothing Dante, as I interupted him, I can't get you upset or Steve will kick me out of here and I don't want to leave just yet. I miss you!
"Lulu, if you don't tell me why you are in that wheelchair and in a hospital gown, so help me, I'll get up and find out myself", exclaimed Dante
"Fine", I dare you to try to get up...

I knew I would win. You'll do anything for me. "Now how about some ice chips?"
"How about you come and get in bed with me?" replied Dante
"I don't think so! First of all, you are hooked up to monitors and second, you are in no condition to do anything but lay there and third, you don't want Epiphany to come in here and yell at you for... Dante!, Epiphany replied, "WHAT are you trying to do?"

Dante mumbled something about changing positions. I came over and I guessed what was going on.
"Didn't he try that before?" I laughed

"Well, Dante, she wouldn't be doing this if you just have listen to me when I told you not to try and get up," I replied to Dante, "but you didn't listen now did you? Now you will have to suffer the consequences. Go ahead, Epiphany"

"She dared me!" Dante protested, I was starting to crack up. It was too funny

"Night Dante, I'll stay until you fall asleep," I told him as he tried to fight the sedative.
"You young lady," replied Epiphany, "I'll be back in ten minutes to take you back to your room, so you can rest or do you want me to do the same thing to you?"
"No, Epiphany, I'll be ready in ten".

I was still sniggering when Epiphany came to roll Lulu out. Too funny. I guess Dante was stubborn like his father.

He is doing good. Epiphany gave him sedatives because he tried to get out of bed, making the machine to go off. I was hoping she would put restrains on him but she gave him sedatives instead. He wasn't happy about get sedatives. You know Epiphany, you better obey the medical staff or suffer the consequences!
"Lets get you back to your room, Lulu," replied Epiphany.

Epiphany helped me into bed and I went right to sleep.

I laughed "That's good. It seems Dante isn't any better at taking instructions than his father" I laughed, I said good night and let her sleep

The next day, I woke up to Epiphany checking my IV and blood pressure.
"Hi Epiphany, yawning, is everything ok with me? Dante? how is he?" I asked
"I don't know but I'll check while you eat your breakfast, Lulu"
"Do I have too?" I asked
"Yes, if you want to see Dante," replied Epiphany

I just got done with my breakfast, when Epiphany came back.
"Now can I go and see Dante?", I asked her
"Yes, but just as soon as Kelly comes and checks you out," replied Epiphany, "now I'll take out your IV."

Minutes later Kelly come and checks me out.
A nurse comes and helps me into a wheelchair and starts to take me to see Dante when Sonny appears. He asked the nurse if it was alright for him to take me to see Dante and she said that it was fine.

We arrived at Dante's room, we sat and talked quietly while we wait for Dante to wake up.
"How is he doing?", Sonny asked
"Yesterday he tried to get up but Epiphany caught him and sedated him. She told him before when he was in here for the carnival accident, that if she ever caught him trying to get up ever again, she would either restrain and sedate him."

We quietly talked some more, nurses came and went... checking on the machines.
Around one, he started to stir...
Sonny went to get the doctor, while I stood and took ahold of his hand, telling him that everything is fine.
Minutes later, Steve and Sonny came back

I need to examine Dante, replied Steve, so I need you guys to leave.
"Ok", we'll be right out side waiting, I replied.

Thirty minutes went by, when Steve exited Dante's ICU room.
"How is he? asked Sonny.
"He has a long recovery. In a week, we'll start him solids, but right now its liquid diet. We will be getting him up and walking in a day or two. He will need physical therapy. He will be off work for a month after he is released from here", replied Steve.
Thats good. Can I go back in?
Yes and Lulu, you can tell him about the baby tomorrow, replied Steve.
I went into the room, while Sonny stay and talk to Steve some more.

"How are you feeling and don't lie?"
