I saw Dante running out and asked him what was wrong, he told me Lulu was having stomach pains. Not good.
I ran over to Epiphany
"Lulu is having stomach pains, you need to page Dr Lee" I told her
"Right away" said Epiphany, then she picked up the phone
"Paging Dr Lee to room 1033"

Dante returns from getting help.
Sweetheart, they are paging Dr. Kelly and she should be here shortly. Epiphany told me that you need try to relax and Kelly as been paged.

Dr Lee ran it as fast as she could, and checked out Lulu. I watched anxiously. It sounded to me like Lulu was having a miscarriage

"Lulu, you need to calm down" said Dr Lee, checking the abdomen. Dante held Lulu clothes. I prayed Lulu did not lose the baby

Dante, talk to Lulu about anything so she will calm down, Lee asked, tell her anything and it doesn't have to be truth if nothing else.
So I lean down and started to tell her about the baby and that she needed to calm down for the baby sake. I told her that would take her to as many Operas as she wanted to see, I'll take her anywhere she wanted to go. I told about all the children we would have. She finally started to relax, thats it Lulu come on...
Dante, O Dante, it hurts, replied Lulu....

Remember the first day I met you; how we played the name game; how we played pool; and how I got beaten up by your brothers. What seems like hours...
Dante asked, Kelly is the baby fine?
Kelly replied, I won't know for sure for 48 hours and then I should know more. What I can tell you right now is, it looks like the baby will make it. After the 48 hours is up, we will do a ultrasound of the baby to check the baby again. In the meantime, Lulu, you need to rest and no trying to get up. Any movement could do more damage.
Now I'll leave, so you can get some sleep, Lulu; and Dante, make sure she doesn't try and get up. If she needs to use the restroom, get a nurse. I'll be back every hour to check on you.

24 hours later, ok Lulu, how do you feel now and don't try to hide it, replied Kelly.
There is a little pain but not as much as it was the last time your were here, I replied, can I get up and walk?
I wil allow it but only if Dante, nurse or someone else will help you walk and only around the room, Kelly told me.

Oh, no you don't! replied Dante, I'll get you something health.
But.. I started to say.
NO! buts, replied Dante, now you stay in bed and I'll be back.

Jello, Jello, you got me JELLO!
Yes, but its strawberry jello, replied Dante, thats all you can have! Now eat the jello and then we can get you walking.

I finished my jello. I pull back the covers and Dante helped me to my feet.
Lulu, are you ok? asked Dante
I'm fine just let me get my balance first, I replied
Ok! We'll take it easy. One step at a time and if you need to stop let me know, Dante replied.
Minutes later, we got back to the bed and Dante help me back in. I was so tried by walking, that I fell asleep as my head hit the pillow.

(Dante) The next time Lulu woke up was the following day. During the night the nurses would check on her periodcally, just to make sure she was feeling no pain. The baby's fetal monitor was still on her stomach.
At five this morning was the last time they came in to check on her. She started to stir at 11, she looked so beautiful.... Lulu Lulu, good morning!!!
Hi! Dante as I stretching, I wanted to sit up a little. Did you get any sleep last night? I asked Dante
I got plenty of sleep, Dante replied, I should be asking you if you got enough
As much as I could with worrying about the baby and the nurses coming in everytime that I just getting to sleep, I replied
Just then Kelly comes in...

Hi Lulu Dante, replied Kelly, as she was entering my room.
Dante, I need you to leave, so I can check Lulu out, replied Kelly.
Dante kissed me and then left. After she was done checking me and the baby, she went and let Dante back in.
Dante, I wanted to tell you that everything looks great and she should be released by 6 pm tonight.
She will still be on bed rest for awhile? Right? replied Dante
Yes, She will only be allow to get up for one hour a day and if she has to use the restroom. She needs to sit while she is taking a shower, also, replied Kelly
She will most definitely do what she is told or I will personally bring her back here, exclaimed Dante.
Yes, I will follow the doctor's instructions, I replied.
Well, I'll come back to check on you Lulu before I sign the release papers, replied Kelly. She left and Dante came on the bed with me and we fell asleep until the family woke us up.

Hours later, Kelly comes back and checks me out before she signs the papers and another hour goes by before they brought in a wheelchair, so I could leave. The nurse helped Dante to get me into the back seat of the SUV and off we were to the apartment.
We got home and Dante carried me until he laid me down on the couch so he could pull down the covers and then he picked me up again and put me in the bed. He lay down beside me and I quickly fell alseep.

(Dante) I carried Lulu until the apartment, sat her on the couch, while I pull down the covers and carried her to bed. She fell again bfore her head touched the pillow and I lay down beside her watching her sleep until the pull of sleep found me.
